St Peter’s Urban Village Trust was established in 1985 as a Company Limited by Guarantee and is a Registered Charity.
It has a range of properties and accommodates some social housing offices, Charities, Small businesses, Training and Education Organisations and student accommodation.

The location is on the borders of Bordesley Green and Saltley with close access to the Bordesley Green Road B4128 and Alum Rock and Washwood Heath Road A47. Adderley Park Station is a few minutes walk away and only three minutes to New Street.
